• Where is the store based?

• Damaged Prints

  If your print(s) gets damaged in the mail and is NOT from a flash sale/rts sale on my instagram pages please get a hold of me. I know that mail can get bent no matter how much we wish it wouldn't.

• Paper used for prints

  All digitally drawn designs are printed on photographic paper using the dark room technique. This gives you the smoothest coloring throughout.
  All watercolor designs are printed on soft art card stock paper.This has a slight texture to it similar to the paper I paint them on so it feels like the original artwork.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Now shipping directly from my printing people. This saves so much time on your order being mailed out to you. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Commission Deadline

  Once you've ordered a commission you have up to 3 mos to contact me about your commissioned piece. Once it's past the 3 month deadline your commission will be closed and considered fulfilled and you won't receive a refund.

• When will my commission be finished

  All commissions are finished in a first come first serve basis. They generally take 2-3 months to complete.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
